Honeydew Mimosas

(makes 6 cups)

1/2 medium honeydew melon (about 4 cups), cubed
1cup crushed ice
1tbsp sugar
1(750 ml) bottle sparkling wine, chilled
GARNISH:

lime wedges
Directions:

1. Combine first honeydew, ice & sugar in a blender. Process until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into a large pitcher; add sparkling wine.

3. Pour into glasses. Garnish, if desired.
