Cocoa-Nut Bananas

From EatingWell Magazine February/March 2005
(makes 4 servings)
4tsp cocoa powder
4tsp toasted unsweetened coconut
2 small bananas, sliced on the bias Directions:
1. Place cocoa & coconut on separate plates.
2. Roll each banana slice in the cocoa, shake off the excess, then dip in the coconut.
