Safe/Unsafe GF Ingredients

a note: just looked up 'foray' on my favorite tool dictionary.com (i use it to double check spelling occasionally). i was always under the impression that the definitition of the word was mostly innocent, something sweet like venturing. turns out i was wrong, it seems pillaging, invasion & attack are foray's synonyms... might have to change the 'about me' section of this blog. :$

now that my shock has subsided, i can move on to the point of this post: my source for checking ingredient lists to make sure they're GF. somehow the difference between : Einkorn & Allicin escaped me before this...

http://www.celiac.com
-Safe Gluten Free (eg. allicin) http://www.celiac.com/articles/181/1/Safe-Gluten-Free-Food-List-Safe-Ingredients/Page1.html
-Unsafe Gluten Free (eg. einkorn) http://www.celiac.com/articles/182/1/Unsafe-Gluten-Free-Food-List-Unsafe-Ingredients/Page1.html

ps. checked wikipedia. seems einkorn is a brand of wheat, & allicin is derived from garlic.
